1. Sign in securely
- Log in to your ZBX account with your credentials.
- Make sure Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled before proceeding.
2. Navigate to “My Assets”
- From your dashboard, go to My Assets.
- Click on Withdraw.
3. Select USDC
- In the list of available tokens, choose USDC (USD Coin).
- Confirm you are withdrawing the correct asset — USDC is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar.
4. Enter the destination address
- Copy the USDC deposit address from the receiving wallet or exchange.
- Double‑check the address carefully — one wrong character means your USDC could be lost.
- Select the correct network (ERC20, TRC20, or BEP20 depending on what the destination supports).
- ERC20 (Ethereum): widely supported, but higher gas fees.
- TRC20 (Tron): cheaper and faster, but only works if the destination wallet supports it.
- BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain): low fees, but must be supported by the receiving wallet.
5. Enter the withdrawal amount
- Type the amount of USDC you want to send.
- Check the minimum withdrawal limit (varies by platform).
- Review the network fee — this depends on the blockchain you choose.
6. Confirm and verify
- Review all details:
- Recipient address
- Network (ERC20/TRC20/BEP20)
- Amount
- Fee
- Click Confirm.
- Complete 2FA verification (SMS, authenticator app, or email code).
7. Track your transaction
- Your withdrawal will appear in Transaction History.
- Copy the TxID (transaction hash) and check it on the relevant blockchain explorer:
- USDC transfers usually take a few minutes, but may be longer if the network is busy.
Best Practices
- Always verify the destination address and network before sending.
- Test with a small amount first when sending to a new wallet.
- Check fees before sending — they vary by network.
- Never type addresses manually — always copy/paste.
- Keep your private keys safe — never share them.
