1. Log in to your account
- Go to your exchange or wallet app (e.g., ZBX, Binance, Coinbase).
- Make sure Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled for security.
2. Navigate to Withdrawals
- Find the “Wallet” or “Funds” section.
- Select Withdraw and choose Ethereum (ETH) from the list of assets.
3. Enter the recipient address
- Copy the ETH deposit address from the destination wallet or exchange.
- Double‑check the address — one wrong character means your ETH could be lost permanently.
- Always use the ERC20 Ethereum network for ETH transfers (do not confuse with TRC20 or BEP20, which are for stablecoins).
4. Choose the withdrawal network
- Select Ethereum (ERC20) as the network.
- Confirm that the receiving wallet supports ERC20 ETH.
- If you send ETH to an incompatible network, funds may not be recoverable.
5. Enter the amount
- Type the amount of ETH you want to withdraw.
- Check the minimum withdrawal limit (usually 0.01–0.05 ETH depending on the platform).
- Review the network fee (gas fee). This varies depending on Ethereum congestion.
6. Confirm the transaction
- Review all details:
- Recipient address
- Network (ERC20)
- Amount
- Fee
- Click Confirm.
- Complete 2FA verification (SMS, authenticator app, or email code).
7. Track the withdrawal
- Your transaction will appear in the Withdrawal History.
- You can copy the Transaction Hash (TxID) and check it on Etherscan to monitor progress.
- ETH transfers usually take a few minutes, but may be longer if the network is busy.
Important Tips
- Always verify the destination address — use copy/paste, never type manually.
- Check fees before sending — Ethereum gas fees can fluctuate.
- Test with a small amount first if you’re sending ETH to a new wallet.
- Keep your private keys safe — never share them with anyone.
