Step-by-Step Instructions 

Verifying your personal account helps unlock full access to ZBX platform features, including higher transaction limits and secure identity protection. Please follow the steps below carefully.

✅ Step 1: Log Into Your ZBX Account

1. Visit www.zbx.com
2. Click Sign In
3. Enter your registered email and password

✅ Step 2: Access the Verification Prompt

Once signed in, you will see a prompt to begin your personal verification.

• Click on Start Verification

✅ Step 3: Begin Verification

Click the Start Now button to begin the verification flow.

✅ Step 4: Continue on Your Mobile Device

Choose how to move the process to your mobile phone:

• Option A: Scan the QR code

• Option B: Click Continue on phone
• Option C: Copy and open the verification link in your mobile browser

✅ Step 5: Upload Documents and Take a Selfie

On your mobile device:

• Upload one of the following identity documents:
  • Passport
  • National ID Card (front and back)
  • Driver’s License
• Complete a live selfie scan for liveness and identity match

To ensure your verification is approved quickly, please follow these guidelines:

• File format: PDF, JPG, or PNG
• Must be clear and legible
• Full document must be visible (no cropping or obscured details)
• Name, date of birth, and expiry date must match your registration info
• Document must be valid and not expired
