Zillion Bits Ltd (Company No. C 88757) is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA, Authorization ID ZBL-24354) as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider in terms of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) and authorised as a Payment Institution (Authorization ID ZBL-28410) to provide payment services, exclusively in relation to electronic money tokens (EMTs).

Providing transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients;
Execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients;
Providing custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients;
Exchange of crypto-assets for funds;
Exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets; and

Non-Fungible Token (“NFT”) crypto-assets and staking services are not regulated under the above-referenced MiCA regulatory framework.

ZBX.com may not offer certain products, features and/or services on the ZBX.com website or app in certain jurisdictions due to potential or actual regulatory restrictions.

*Some products or services offered or mentioned on the ZBX.com website or app are provided by partnering institutions and do not fall within the Zillion Bits Ltd regulated services stipulated above. These are the services related to: opening a bank account, obtaining a virtual IBAN, and buying crypto-assets using debit or credit cards or third-party payment services.

The term “Crypto banking” used throughout the website refers to crypto-asset services provided by Zillion Bits Ltd, supplemented by fiat money-related financial services provided by partnering institutions.

Zillion Bits Ltd partners with the following credit and financial institutions:

Dukascopy Bank SA, a bank incorporated in Switzerland and authorised by FINMA – for opening bank accounts;
OpenPayd Financial Services Malta Limited, incorporated in Malta and authorised as an Electronic Money Institution by the MFSA – for the issuance of virtual IBANs;
Worldpay B.V., incorporated in the Netherlands and authorised by De Nederlandsche Bank to provide payment services – to enable the crypto-assets click-to-buy functionality using debit and credit cards and third-party payment services;

All financial transactions involve a degree of risk and may result in losses to the client’s capital. Crypto-assets are highly risky and may be riskier, less liquid, more volatile, and more vulnerable to economic, political, market, industry, regulatory and other changes than traditional financial instruments. Besides, the nature of crypto-assets exposes them to an increased risk of fraud or cyberattack.

You should exercise caution in relation to the crypto-asset products and should not enter into transactions unless you fully understand their nature, and the risks associated with them and can bear any potential financial losses including potentially the total loss of funds.
