2, In order to recover the customer's serious losses caused by operational errors, ZBX will try to help find the token in the controllable cost range, since the retrieval operation requires a lot of labor costs, time cost and risk control costs.
3. Please provide the information you have encountered, your account number, and the currency, address, quantity, txid (very important), and screenshots with deposit information. We will respond promptly and decide whether it meets the requirements of request.
4. If it is possible to retrieve the incorrect currency, we need to perform various operations such as installation or upgrade of wallet software, export and import of private keys. Only highly authorized personnel can perform such operations and undergo a rigorous risk control review. The whole process takes at least a month or longer. Please remain patient.
