In order to start trading, you need to sign up and verify your account via www.ex.zbx.com.
HOW TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT?
Register your account first and complete the account registration form.
Then sign in to your account, choose “verify your account“, filling out the verification form and upload the requested documents. You will receive an email notifying you of the result once this has been done.
WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY?
ID verification is required to prevent fraud and keep the community safe. It also adds an extra layer of security by ensuring no one but you link to your payment information such as your bank account or credit/debit card.
As part of our commitment to remain the most trusted cryptocurrency platform, all IDs must be verified through the ZBX website or mobile app.

How long does it take to verify my account?
It normally takes 1-3 working days for ZBX back office to verify your account after you have submitted all required information.
I see an error "Unable to upload your ID"
This error indicates that there was an issue connecting to our ID verification service. When you see this, please wait 15 minutes and try to verify again or contact us.
I already uploaded my ID and am being asked to upload it again
In some cases, we require an additional verification in order to enable or continue trading services. You will be prompted to select an ID type, and then an upload method.
I CANNOT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD
In the event you forget your password, please use the following steps to successfully reset your password:
- Click “Forget password” at sign in page.
- Enter your email address/mobile number and new password, choose “send” Dynamic Code.
- This will send an email/message to the email address/mobile phone you entered, then enter the dynamic code which sent to you.
- Click "submit".
- You can now use your new password to Login.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
If you wish to change your current email address, we will need to assist you with that. Please contact our support team.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER?
If you wish to verify a different phone number, please login your account, find “Account Profile”, and then click “Modify” at “Mobile Authentication” block. Just follow the instruction to proceed with changing your mobile number. If you have encountered any problems, please contact ZBX support team to assist you.
DO NOT RECEIVE NOTIFICATION EMAILS FROM ZBX
Check your e-mail settings and make sure there are no filters and/or other security systems which are blocking ZBX's e-mails. Please also check your spam/junk folder to see if the emails may have wound up there.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS?
If you wish to change your current residential address, we will need to assist you with that. Please contact our support team.
